Two Tiers of Certification
We offer flexible service levels to meet your project’s specific safety and budget requirements:
General Physical Inspection Certificate
Our experienced inspectors perform a comprehensive "Health Check" of your hose inventory. We examine the outer cover for abrasion, check for reinforcement kinking, and verify the integrity of end-fittings and crimps. We then issue a Formal Inspection Certificate confirming the hose is physically fit for service.
Pressure Test Certificate
For critical high-pressure applications, we perform a live pressure test on our 59,000 PSI bench. This provides the ultimate proof of burst-resistance and coupling security. Upon successful completion, we issue a Third-Party Hydrotest Certificate—the gold standard for safety auditors.
